We invite you to be a part of the newest birth concept to hit our area. Our
pre-childbirth weekend retreats. These weekends give you the opportunity
to enjoy a supportive atmosphere, and the help and support of experienced
labor doulas. This program is tailored made to the needs of pregnant woman
and their partners. We will share with you a range of well being, comfort measures and much more expecially designed to support you during your labor
and childbirth,and after.
The weekend will include: accomodations, comfort measure techniques,
 relaxation, delicious organic meals prepared,discussions on many topics.
There will be group time, and alone time to commune with nature. In the summer
months there will be swimming. Snacks will be shared. This will be a weekend that can fill you with the confidence to have an amazing birth.

R.C.R.W. will take place at Rockhaven Ecozoic Center, which is nestled on the
edge of the big river just outside of metro St.Louis and surrounded by nature.
It is a beautiful haven cherished by those who are lucky enought to discover it.
The setting at Rockhaven is simple, the beauty of the enviroment leaves you
with a feeling of peace and wholeness, and a connection with the earth.

There are several different options for the Weekend, you can enjoy the entire weekend, starting on Friday night and ending on Sunday afternoon, or arrive on Saturday Morning, leaving Sunday afternoon, or just spend the day with us on Saturday. Whatever you choose, you will leave feeling more confident about your labor, birth,and your adventure 
into parenting.

The Cost for the retreat is as follows:

Day program only(Saturday):                                          $140
Saturday overnight through Sunday afternoon:.            $ 275     
One additional night stay (Friday Night) :                      $ 100
